TeleForm Auto Merge Publisher

The AutoMerge Publisher is the built-in distribution module for TeleForm. It pre-fills forms with information from a database, much like a word-processor merge.

Merging, simply defined, is the process of adding information from a database to a Form Template before it is distributed. This Form Template can be:

  • a form that you expect to be completed and returned
  • an informational message that does not require any response
  • an e-mail message, with the contents of the merged document provided as an attachment or via a URL link to a document repository on a server
  • an e-mail message with no attachment

The AutoMerge Publisher gives you the power to merge custom information onto documents and distribute them to an unlimited number of recipients. Customized forms deliver great returns and minimize effort, since you can target a specific audience with forms designed exclusively for them. Merging controls not only the contents of the document, but the recipients and the method of distribution.
