About TeleForm
TeleForm is a highly intelligent data capture system designed to reduce data entry associated with paper based forms. TeleForm reads hand print, machine print, optical marks, barcodes and signatures. Data and images is automatically exported to a text file, spreadsheet or database.

TeleForm History
Originally designed in 1991 to capture form data from faxed forms, TeleForm has expanded to handle data from fax, paper and electronic forms. TeleForm was owned by Cardiff Software until 2004 when Verity acquired Cardiff Software. Autonomy then purchased Verity in 2005. HP then purchased Autonomy in 2011. OpenTex then purchased Teleform from HP. TeleForm has been known by several names.
